The pixel serves as the fundamental visual building block of the virtual world. In this world, pixel artists are like a sculptors, taking care of each individual atom.
It is thanks to the pixel that you are able to read this text and that I am able to transmit a part of what is in my mind to you, and I find this fascinating!
My name is Gogolitus, and I like to create giant colorful and shiny animated gifs, welcome to my website.
The Invisible Spectrum (Feb, 2024)
I'm a gamer through and through.
Growing up in the 80s, I've witnessed their evolution firsthand and can't help but anticipate the surprises they still hold.
While we've been crafting virtual worlds for some time now, it's only a matter of time before they're inhabited by intelligently designed entities, navigating a digital realm that perhaps you, I, or most certainly your children will have created for them.
I see this as a profound revolution that transcends the realm of gaming, pushing humanity to its philosophical limits and likely prompting us to reconsider the very fabric of reality.
Space War II (May, 2023)
Electricity, both familiar and mysterious, permeates every level of existence, from celestial spheres to the atomic composition of matter, it is through electricity that I can touch, taste, smell, hear, and see.
It enables my thoughts, sustains my heartbeat, and the heartbeats of those I love.
It powers the virtual and serves as a conduit for sharing some of my thoughts with you, and sometimes, in the night, when my eyes close, grants me the astonishing power to dream.
If there were a common denominator to all things, then electricity would make a strong contender.
The Chromatic Voltage collection (Oct, 2023)
I find the world to be exciting, almost magical!
But I don't believe in magic, I mean... in the supernatural or paranormal sense of the term.
However, I do believe that anything is possible, and that the magic lies in our ability to imagine.
It resides in our capacity to create a present that does not yet exist, a future driven by our dreams.
